The Sir Tom Finney FC has a very close relationship with the Sir Tom Finney Soccer Centre. The Soccer Centre provide Football Coaching to children, young people from all communities and background’s across the City of Preston.
The Soccer Centre aim to provide ongoing Professional Coach Education and Developmental Training for people over the age of 14 who wish to become involved with Youth Development, Soccer Coaching and Community Development. They also aim to assist young people in developing their life skills by enhancing their multi-cultural awareness, self-discipline, and team spirit.
The Soccer Centre acts as a feeder club for the Football Club. Here at Sir Tom Finney Football Club we look to scout the pool of talent provided by the Soccer Centre by offering opportunities to players who wish to progress their footballing career. The Football Club provides opportunities to all players who wish to commit to the club regardless of ability. We aim to give young people the chance to make their own decisions for their playing career.
